How do you seek God when you don’t know if you believe the way you used to?

I’m no expert, but I would love to offer you a few meditations and prayers that have been a lifeline for me over the past few years. The next three episodes of TRC will be guided meditations. First up: meditation for burnout.

For now, there is nowhere else to be and nothing else to be doing. Inhale into your belly. Exhale. Put one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.

Be still and know that I am God. Doesn’t that feel like an exhale?

When was the last time you felt like you could exhale?

How would your life look and feel differently if you started from a place of rest?

What if you didn’t have to do anything else to experience love?
