The Top 5 Podcast Episodes You Have to Listen to for Anxiety Relief:

The Refined Collective Podcast has been around for over 80 episodes to keep you company on your morning commute or during your workout. A lot of us are unexpectedly working from home in this season. I want to acknowledge how hard of a transition that can be. Even though I’ve worked from home for 10 years; the stress and anxiety can still come knocking on my door. We decided to gather up all the episodes that can best serve you during this time to make it easy to listen.

All of these episodes focus on mental health— something we should take care to prioritize during this time of fear and uncertainty.
